Deskly is a local-first screen time tracking application. You agree to use Deskly only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for compliance with any laws, rules, or regulations applicable to your use of the application.
Deskly is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the application will run uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
In no event shall Deskly, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or the application.
Because Deskly stores all data locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your local files.
The Deskly application, website, logo, and design elements are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without explicit permission.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
